Flying into LA in about two hours. You Guuuuuuuuys figure out by 3pm est how many rooms you need and I will see what I can. Everyone organize through Joey. I can't promise anything. I know rooms wore nearly booked full a few weeks ago. Brian Ortiz does have room in his bed for as many males as possible so everyone should check with him.
ill call for a jet this week. I am guessing by the responses we could have 10-15 people. I think it shouldnt be more than 1500-2000 pp.....

Shiv...those figures you're quoting are most likely only going to get you one way. I have a few friends @ JetOne and Marquis...Vegas round trip is a long and expensive journey. Especially with the number of people you're talking about here...just an FYI.
hmmm...so you say you and seth are sharing a room..... yeah im thinking to find something a little cheaper or maybe two planes. Bryan got quoted something around those numbers a year ago but then again fuel is much more expensive now. Even then, its still better than dealing with the airport.

I am getting several PM's for people. I will hook up as many rooms as I can but all of you need to make one person in charge. 1 person will pay for 1st nights deposit to hold the room. Then when you get there all of you can pay seperatly. I don't mind helping you (as long as drinks are on you) however I don't want 50 cc numbers. Update to come Monday AM. Right now I know about 4 rooms. I am only taking care of rooms. NOT PASSES TO SEMA!!!!

Guys go to the show website www.aapexshow.com and go under exhibitor , and click housing. they just opened up bellagio and venetian for $249 a night. just got mine this morning.
