So it almost looks like those guys were setup. I wonder if someone let the cat out of the bag on a chat forum that they were going for a run.

I guess you get caught breaking the law, you have to pay the fine. Just because you have a car that can go that fast doesn't give you the right. Then again, how many cars today can't break 120mph? Heck, even a Camry can go that fast. And that music in the video made it seem like they were after some child molesters or something.

But then again, you look at how these guys were driving, they weren't weaving in and out of traffic. It just goes to show you that the track or the autoban are the best places to wind it out. Driving an Enzo or F50 or any Ferrari puts a target on you. I would also have to say that if I had one of these vehicles, I would want to do the same thing, just to hear that exhaust note would be enough to get me arrested.

I bet there are many here on the forum that could testify to speeding with traffic only to be the one pulled over.

    Interesting video

These guys were doing the ferrari challenge ( http://www.autogespot.com/index.php?id=212 ). All these cars belong to one guy who is selling real-estate in the east of germany. They were doing a rally in europe with these cars. When they returned to Holland the police were "waiting" for them.

So the guys got pulled over for doing 200 km/h and the driving-licenses got impounded. But they went to the judge and told they didn't did a correct speedcount on every car and the licenses returned within 5 days except for the one with the 360 spider :)

BTW, it's the most hated television program in Holland. They always do driving to hard is like you're killing someone :)

This happened on the last day of a trip organised by a dutch collector (has around 30 ferrari's, it's said he has 3 enzo's (red, black and yellow), an internet reporter came along. He migth have published on what day they came from which country.

I'm not convinced that this isn't a setup. The TV-program is supported by the justice department, this is great publicity for their cause. 4 out of 5 drivers were to give their license ( it's said those were given back in a couple of days because there was no way of being sure of the speed of five cars). In Holland the police can take your license when you're exceeding the speed limit by at least 50 km/h.

Probably a set up as stated earlier. I wouldn't be surprised to see this kind of thing happening here more frequently. The word gets out fast about this kind of thing so the authorities achieve their objective rather easily.

Am I the only one who thinks the red interior in the blue 612 (at 2:15) looks hideous? :D
