Challenge Stradale Option?

my experience with multiple ferrari dealers and salesman is that getting any information out of them other than the bare essential information is like pulling teeth. they not only fail to tell you about all the subtle options are, but even when you find out and want to order something extra or "custom" they try to doscourage you. i ordered both my stradales and i would have ordered alcantara on the ceiling if i had known it was an option.

here's what i will do in the future. rather than wait for the salesman to go over all the options and tell you what you can order, just dream up whatever it is that you want and "tell" them to order the car the way you want it. period. ferrari will do virtually "anything" that you want. they will charge you extra for it, but they WILL do it. it's the dealerships and salesman that don't like to do this because it is extra work and things can get mixed up in the order translation process so you have to be careful and review the special order instructions yourself to make sure they are correct.

 

Alcantara roof/headliner was available however I don't believe many were optioned with it.

 

My Argento CS has this option. This can be added fairly easy by a professional upholstery shop familiar with Ferrari. In Los Angeles were fortunate to have one of the finest, Fernando and Prestige Auto Upholstry. For a Ferrari leather shop in your area, contact GAHH 800-722-2292, www.gahh.com. Roll up windows was not an option for US spec. cars.

 

i don't think any stradales (US or euro) have roll up windows. only enzos.

 

I thought all CS' with alcantara seats had alcantara roof lining.

Per TexasMike's pic. most were fitted with 'upholstered' roof liners

 

No, most have the shiny silver/white material.
Which is nice when wearing a helmet... if your helmet touches the roof, it slides much better on that than on Alcantara.

But I ordered Red Alcantara headliner to match my Red/Black Alcantara interior.
I like it a lot.

i both have suede on my ceiling - and slide windows like the enzo (euro model) - Rollbar with leather black suede interiur with red sticthing - So beautiful

 

Yep, unfortunately we missed out on those options in the US. The Enzo has roll up glass windows. Maybe you were referring to the FXX

I have the Alcanatara headliner as well as the factory CD changer which I believe is the rarest option. Yes, I've never used it

 

I have a black leather headliner to match the rest of the interior.

 

Have in on mine and on the roll bar. Finishes the job off properly in my opinion. Beige alcantara.
