    I have search too many threads and googled too many auto parts houses with no one offering the WAI 66-9131 starter solenoid. Can some one point me in the direction of an on-line parts house or somewhere this can be actually purchased? And please don't tell me to do a search, that hasn't turned up anything but the part number.

    I think jratcliff specifically wants the ACE part, not a Bosch solenoid, which is what a VW/Audi dealer is mostly likely to supply. The ACE product was found by Steve Magnusson to be able to overcome the common heat soak problem of many Testarossas, and some 328s.
