    I remember that show from my childhood.

    It was really cool ... alien Aircraft Carrier crash lands on Earth .....The planes were f-15 which transformed into robots..to fight off an alien invasion.

    Excellent animation as I recall.

    You can get the videos on DVd at Circuit City (or just watch some eposodes on youtube).

    I met Carl Macek from Harmony Gold back in my youth, at one time I looked up to him. I worked at the same comic book / sports card store he did. He's best known for butchering the whole Macross series. What do you really want to know?

    I heard about this a few months ago and... I just hope they do it well.

    Big Robotech fan here. I even have an SDF1 with the original box! Man... gotta wait till the movie comes out to gather some value to it after so many years.

    best show ever. i use to tape it on TV. now that I think of it, kinda mature for little kids when it was on TV. anyways, I hated that guy Kyle and messing with Hunter!!!!!

    What about Starblazers..??

    Brings back fond memories... Ahhh I remember the days.. beating the $#!T out of Darth for control of the remote.. Hell one day I had to slam an ashtray into his grill.. I just could not endure another afternoon of Wonder Bug and HR Puff n Stuff !!!

    Looks like it is Macross, which was released in recent years, not the original Robotech. I do have this on DVD though. It is... pretty. Also, for nostalgia, bought the Robotech game for the PS2 years ago. It is just like playing in the cartoon!

    Starblazers?! Oh yes! I remember, ooooh yes! What a great show. The wave motion gun!
