My wife almost made me the happiest guy in the world...almost... Seems she was watching Oprah, and they had a doctor on who was talking about mens' health. He stated that men who have sex at least 4 times a week seem to live the longest. Well, the moment my wife mentioned that, I jumped right on it! I explained to her that it was her moral and ethical obligation to have sex with me at LEAST 4 times per week, no excuses! If Oprah said it was to be, then by God, thats what it should be... To my surprise my wife agreed. Said she wants me to live as long as possible. And, irregardless of how tired she is, or not in the mood...she will agree to have sex at least 3-4 times per week... My little heart (among other things) started jumping around like crazy... Then, my wife continued. "Oh, by the way. The doctor said that men also tend to live longer if they excersize at LEAST 1 full hour per day. No excuses. No laying on the couch or working on the car. No going out with your friends or pursuing hobbies..." But honey...then I will be too tired for sex! "I know," she said. What Oprah gives...Oprah takes away...
Well, if the excersize didn't kill me...that would . The older I get, the more I understand how some guys have heart attacks having sex...
We were all 23 once, Stephanie . I'm in my late 30's. Enjoy your 20's...things change. The older you get, the more responsibility you have. Free time becomes nonexistant... Ahhh...I miss my 20's... And I am sure that 10 years from now I will miss my 30's... And so on.

SERIOUSLY - if the wife asked me to think about hitting the gym now and then as a precursor to having more sex, I'd do it and not complain. Lets' see: you'll perform better/longer in the sack, feel better about yourself, look better, get sick less, live longer, get laid more.....sorry, I'm not seeing a 'downside' to your issue. I'd love to marry a woman like this. Women watch Oprah. Men read Playboy. Life has balance - enjoy your balance, however you achieve it.
