if "that" car sold for 120k $, Tony's car is worth 220-240k$
Joe, are you sure? Since the white LP400s is still in Panicarola still wearing the Roma plates, this car has belgian plates. The white LP400s of Ferrucio was originally red, I found traces of the old paint when I was in Panicarola in 2003.
I have learned so much here from FIRST HANDERS such as Mr L sister in law, Nephew etc etc...so much I will share latter..I ALSO got to see the ORGINAL in hand writting books of cars built info and release.. ONE thing for sure is the Mr L ONLY in the entire time had two cars of his own... 1) Miura SV Red...it is in his familys collection still 2) Countach White, Gino has it now...his first ride in it was with Mr L when he was 16...after his death it was sold to him as was the wish of Mr L THIS is straight from the relatives mouth this wekk.. All other cars he just drove...never out and out owned... So much more to share and photos when >I get back Friday...I have pics of the whole family, all of us eating lunch, visit to his birth house, 1st tractor, on and on such a lucky time I got here and met up with Gino, who has been GREAT!!!
i thought it would be good to share according to Cesare Lodi top speed of a good stock DD QV was 292 Km/h (no wing but with mirrors on driving position) but inclinig the 2 big mirrors you could take it to 295 Km/h add a sport exhaust and a carb tuning you could take the car to the holy 300 Km/h...and in some case slightly over it P.S. a note to DD owners: i am not suggesting to try this with your car and i am not encoraging anyone to incline mirrors on personal countach
Here are a couple more pics of 038, copyright CorvetteForum Member Cadillac351... The car went 115.2 and 118.6 in the standing mile... Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Yes, same car, same event. The car was at Monterey (driven to and from Las Vegas). We decided to run this at Nellis as a test to see how it would do at high RPM's. It stumbled a bit around 5000RPMs. Found timing wasn't advancing. Fixed that, now it pulles strong thru 7800. Mile numbers should be much better next time.
My CT had reunion as well yesterday evening, with it's new home, today it will be joined by some others... Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Very nice Raymond, I have those posters as well! Did you move to another house, or have you been rebuilding your garage? Ciao! Marcel

This was a import from the states by former dealer max bobnar (the one with the biturbo LP400s and Lp500s), these were ronal turbo wheels, he said once that car sold to japan. Those are pictures of his collection, the red one is the LP400s turbo, it's said to be in Las Vegas in a casino disposed
