I rolled through on Friday. The boutique is pretty good. Lot's of nice merchandise all claiming to be "official." There is a lot of nice stuff for the kids. Admission is $10 without proof of Ferrari ownership to get into see the cars (kind of high IMHO for the size of the display, but it costs $14 to ride the roller coaster once at NY,NY). I think that who they let in free is pretty subjective. I showed a key and they handed me a lanyard in about 3 seconds and told me to be sure to go down stairs to see the full inventory. There was no one on duty that seemed to know much about the cars. Not sure how much the people in charge actually know. Downstairs they had a CA azurro/blue spider that they said was grigio. They had some Indy 500 winning (Donahue, Mears, Castroneves) cars in beautiful condition. Lots of QP's for sale in every color. Zero, of course, new F-cars. EVERY car is behind a rope. The service department was small, but impressive. Looked like a hospital operating room. They had the engine out of a 355, and were working on a 430, 308 and a couple of 4-doors. This is only a "must see" for someone who has never been to a Ferrari dealership.

They used to let you take pics...I saw the FXX there too...that's cool to see in person. I actually thought the sales people were pretty outgoing, everyone asked if you needed help. You could crawl into the trunk at a GM dealer & still get ignored. lol They sell on avg 2 cars/day...if they don't sell 1 one day, they will sell 3 the next they told me.

...and Okada is fantastic...so is SW...going back in 2 weeks....ooooohhhh yaaaaaa.

I thought the Wynn was okay. I stayed there last week. I actually liked the Venetian better. I thought the rooms were nicer, people more friendly and crowd at night was younger. The dealership at the Wynn was of course very nice, and Trevor a salesman, ex mechanic there was very helpful and very friendly once you got past his "I know everything " facade.

just returned from a week-end stay at Wynn Hotel - Tower rooms are very nice but inside of hotel is pretty tacky like most of LV. I think 4 Seasons on the top of the Mandalay is the nicest place in LV.
Spent some time at the Ferrari Wynn showroom including downstairs . I think it's typical LV ;glitzy and sterile. It's just another avenue for Steve Wynn to take a cut of more profits ...... TAKE NOTE OF HIS wynn jwellery shops, wynn boutiques etc.

Give me a real work-shop out in the suburbs where you can see the mechanics face to face and see them road testing the cars anytime. Anyway that's my take on all of this......
