I'm no expert, but here's an opinion: Those appear to be Campagnolo Elektron wheels. The Dino Campys are nearly the same, if not identical, in design. Of course, the version for the Fiat is of the 4-bolt variety and may be a different diameter and width. Further, the original 'Elektron' for the Dino had the "Dino" script cast on the rim.
Here's an excerpt from the Dino Register:

    Quote--"Wheels size 7 1/2 x 14 - wider wheel housings"

The 7 1/2 inch wide wheels were always Campagnolo "Elektron" , but the factory never called them out by name. The standard wheels they replaced were made by Cromodora - 6 1/2 inch wide. -- End of Quote

    Hope this helps.

Fiat is riding on 13' wheels.

Saw one at a show recently with 13's.

    Interesting though, no?

you are seeing correctly, I had them on my 124 at one time back in the late 70's maybe early 80's. I swapped them for Dino style cromodora's again in 13" size. They were not common but available back then.

IIRC, Elektron is the name of magnesium alloys.
