A large scale hand-made or kit of the Moretti 750 bialbero Zagato I once owned

the same of the blue and silver FIAT/Stanguellini Ala d'Oro coupe that has been on some of the MM revivals, and actually ran in the 1947 MM

the same of the spider version of that car, two of which ran in the 1948 Mille Miglia.

I am actually working on building a super-detailed 1/43rd of the spider, with a scratch built motor. It will have opening doors, engine hood, etc. I am using 2 kits of the car made by Lilliput/History models, and obscure maker of "etceterini" models, from Italy. Their factory builts are not very well done, and have no opening parts. I will also be correcting everything that is inaccurate.

Not exactly the ones you are looking for, but Profil24 makes a 712 Can-Am and there is a kit for a 250 MM Vignale spider out there using the 166 MM by Hot Wheels as a base. See: http://www.legende-miniatures.com/catalogues/bv000019.jpg
Also BBR will be building the 340/375 MM Vignale spider with the fin that Phil Hill drove.

I collect 1/18 models and I would wish the following models to be produced (but as far as I know aren't):

    - Ferrari 512 S or M
    - Lancia Delta S4 (to fill the gap in the Fulvia-Stratos-037-Delta Integrale series)
    - Ferrari 195 Inter Ghia coupé s/n 0105 (I've had the pleasure of driving this car)
    - 250 GT Boano
    - 312 F1 1967

The ones that are announced or are available and that I want to buy in the near future:

    - Lancia Fulvia by AutoArt
    - Ferrari 512 BB/LM by BBR
    - 500 F2 by Exoto
    - 575 GTC by Kyosho
    - 365 GTB/C Pozzi by Kyosho

The ones that are available but in poor quality and I hope somebody like Exoto or CMC would make them:

    - 246 GT Dino
    - 250 GT Lusso
    - 250 LM
    - 250 GTO
    - F40 LM

The 250 MM by Legende Miniatures is quite expensive: 260 euro (plus shipping). But it comes in a nice wooden case.
The 712 Can-Am is a kit (but painted) and costs 249 euro (plus shipping).

So it's in the same ballpark as Exoto and BBR but not as "common". I can't say much about the quality because I've only seen pictures.

Wow! Top 5 uh? I can probably think about 50.
But here is what I think I would like to have.
1.Ferrari 288 1:12 (to complete my supercars display)
    2.Ferrari 330P3/4 / 412P in 1:18 by someone like CMC or BBR
3.Ferrari TR 50's in 1:18 (I don't care which year, they are all gorgeous and iconic) again by the likes of CMC
4.Any of the "bastards" in 1:18. I call these three bastards as they were not 100% Ferrari made- 288 Evoluzione, F40LM, F50GT. Again by at least Kyosho.
5.Ferrari 512M (LM) Sunoco livery 1:18 by Exoto.

This was extremely hard to put together. What made it slightly easier is the fact that many cars that would normally fight for the top five honors on my list have been announced as being in the works:
    Ferrari 275 GTB 1:18 Exoto
    Ferrari 250 GTO 1:18 Exoto
    Ferrari 156 F1 "Sharknose" 1:18 Exoto
    Ferrari 126C2 F1 1:18 Exoto
    Ferrari 246F1 1:18 Exoto
    Ferrari 512 BBiLM

    1. P4/5 any scale
    2. 599 GTB 1/24 by Tamiya
    3. 365 P 1/18
    4. Dino 206 GT (Paris) 1/18
