This is a great post. I posted "Designing my dream garage" and have now finalised plans. Works underway. Hoping to be ready to buy tools by end of December. My space is a 4,500 sq ft industrial unit. I will have 3 lifts

Somewhat related: My son just entered automotive study at local community college, hopefullt leading to mechanics certification. While in school he can start buying quality tools (SNAP-ON, Matco, etc) at less than 1/2 regular price -
question is, is their a substantive difference between the actual tools, support service (replacement tools) to recommend
one brand over the other ?
I may pick up a small set for use at home.

I would only put the Ferrari in there if I did not have a good space for it at home. Otherwise, a couple video games, a comfortable couch, a big TV, and a few tools.
