how do it remove and reset the 308 side glass?

    I've been searching the threads for how to remove and reinstall my side glass so I can re-cover the deck fabric. So far I've not found any description or pictures on this procedure for these side windows. Can anyone help to advise me on a method or previous post?

    Remove the weatherstrip and you'll see that there are rivets. Drill out the rivets and remove the glass; reverse procedure to reinstall.

    I looked and do not see any rivits on the small side triangle glass windows (???). Only the stiff rubber seal trim which appears to be one piece overlapping both sides of both the body metal and the glass.

    Anybody following this post can go over to the 308-328 section and read the thread "side glass and rear deck fabric replacement project". I've decided to just blindly dive into this whole project and have begun to post a new thread with pictures.
