It's a Ginetta G20. They build them in the UK and are primarily a single make race car. They tried to sell them here in the states but did not have much success. AFAIK there are only about a dozen or so here. Really fun little car. I took it up to the appalachian mountains a few weeks ago and had a blast driving about 600 miles through the mountain roads.

I need some tips on garage clean up...what the hell do you people do with the lawn mower, leaf blower, weed whacker and assorted stuff normal folks have in their garages? The spaces in these photos have nothing inside other than the car. We don't have basements down here, so crap gets stored in the garage along with the cars. I guess there's always public storage. :)

Funny you ask that...if you start out home ownership a little later than normal (typical in the NYC area), it's pretty common to just hire someone to do all that maintenance for you once a week...in which case you don't bother ever buying all the equipment. The only thing I have is a snow blower, because I enjoy doing it!

    To answer your question:
Put it in the wife's garage, or the back workshop / garage. When we built the house we did a really small 4 car garage because we were on a tight budget. That garage now stores the wife's car and bikes, other crap. About four years ago when we added on, I included a nice air conditioned workshop with a garage door on the back of the house. That is where the power tools go. The new garage is just for my stuff, and the boat. When we sell I sure hope a car junkie looks at our house. It is one of the few in Palm Beach Gardens with enclosed parking for 11. The wife's garage is in the back of this pic: You should come up for the Derby Q next year.

Actually no - leaching carbon black from the tire chemical composition. Not good in the long term especially if the car is not driven regularly as in once a week. Bigger problem for aircraft tires.
