I read that but I dont see where it say's you MUST be an owner, being an owner just pretty much solidify's your acceptance. The safe bet would probably be to just go along with an owner?
One of the many perks of ownership - it would be a shame to open it to everyone! We've been to the factory many times and you must be an owner - an owner can take ONE specified guest. . . total of two people.
That does not surprise me - The guy is priceless. My cousin drove down from Torino to join my wife and I on the tour - With out even asking - Franco offered him space in the hotel garage and let him join us for breakfast.
By the way, anyone going back has to try the veal steak at Cavallino. It had to be one of if not the best steak I have ever had. No kidding! On the way out we were almost run over by Luca's car as they pulled up on the sidewalk, going the wrong way of course, to let him out.
Il Cavallino is good but Montana is better and La Noche is much better - off the beaten path and often frequented by Ferrari racing staff. The vegetarian dinner at Il Cavallino is great. We don't eat veal - inhumane treatment for the little calves. Carol
