Just for fun call the guy and say you want that one. I'm sure he'll say it's sold but be happy to find you another one. Other that or he'll try to sell you off the car for whatever reason.
Based on the pic the car was used as a daily driving and not properly maintain. The seats inc the mats are fading but still can be restored. It can also be use as a track car.
Yes, God forbid someone daily drive a Ferrari..... I'd rather store it in my garage and stare at it. Different strokes for different folks, most of the best running cars I see are driven often and driven hard, door dings and rock chips cost less to repair then anything mechanical! Time to go buy groceries in the Ferrari, there goes another $2k off my resale value!
I'm with you there....I decided last month that my 03 spider isn't gonna sit in the garage anymore just looking pretty. I drove it 500 miles in the last 4 weeks. That's ten % of it's total milage. Gotta enjoy life!!
there's no # to call? I say it's a scheme. What car broker doesn't leave a # to call ??? Craigs list is full of scams. beware!!!
Okay, I got a hold of the broker/dealer contact. I'm more than likely meeting him tomorrow. The car is supposedly at a shop in West L.A. I will post more pictures and information. I actually have a friend that wants to get it so we'll see.
I got three emails from the seller. One confirming the car was still for sale. Another email a few minutes later with additional pictures in the service bay and a final email seven hours later (10:56 PM) telling me the car was sold. All three emails were on MONDAY (yesterday). Sales person's nom de guerre was JJ at www.highlineautobroker.com.
