Someone stole my Flash Card for my factory navigation (car has been at various shops, rims, sat radio, etc) I can not confirm who stole it but it is gone. Went to enter my friends new address and the screen said insert software. . Any way dealer charges over $1,100 for the Flash Card alone. I know it is a $200K + car but it is a memory card!!

If anyone has a used one or a line on one for less please PM me.

    Thanks,

    SA

Daniel at Ricambi? I am sure he can get them for a good price. First I ever heard of the card though. Is this in all 430s?

Becker sells the whole set, which is CF card plus CD for roughly 250,- Euro´s.
If you can borrow a CF card from your garage, you could make a copy, but you will need EXACTLY the same card from the same manufacturer.
The copy program should be a bit by bit copy program, not just a Windows copy.

If you are sure that you had it when you took delivery, I'd start by going back to the shops that did the work and letting them know that you are willing to pay a $250 finders fee for the return of your card. Maybe it was removed and forgotten about and is still sitting on/in somebody's tool box.

I called all the shops in question, but there was no reason they should have taken it out and no one seems to know anything about it.

To the post above, not sure how Becker will sell me the card ( I have my set-up CD still) since they probably have an agreement with Ferrari not to sell parts, but I will give them a try anyway, thanks.

I wonder if I can copy it some how??? Not sure what Bit by Bit copying entails.

    Still appreciate any feedback!! Thanks.

The nav system is not that bad believe it or not. Small display area but effective.

Once you enter a destination it stores it in the Hard Drive & will let you "map to that location" even w/o the Card installed. But obviously not a new location, so it is hard for me to trace where it was snagged.

    Thanks again for any leads!!
