For the 308 carb guys. Is anyone using the Kingsborne extenders vs the OEM Fcar parts. I believe that we use the Black 0 ohm series. Just interested in how good a quality they are vs. the OEM. Thanks

I just put a new set of high tension leads on my 76 car.
Interestingly they came with an extra long connector (rubber) that goes onto the spark plug.
What this means is that you don't have to use the extender. The lead, rubber plug and rubber connector for the spark plug are all as one.
I was a bit taken back when I first got them. But then thought that this is a good thing.
One less connection and to get rid of the extender is a bloody good idea.

Steve, any performance difference noted? I have to replace my extenders and plan to do the leads at the same time. I like the idea of a direct connect too. Did they have the boots to seal the depression in the block? Where did you get them and PN if you have it.
