Nice picture showing the similarities in the rear of the Murci and the R8.

Indeed. There were quite a few incredible cars there this week, the Countach among them. Orange Daytona, original Daytona Spider ($1.3 mil, in case you're wondering), 620HP Z06 crate motor in that muscle car, Riley, Zagato Alfa, Veyron, D-Type, Stillen Ford GT, Callaway C16 Cabrio, that wicked long Cadillac lowrider, the freshly restored Packard Woodie, R8, Versace Murci, all those Mercedes from the Classic Center, Siata, and all of those classic Minis and Sunbeam Tigers. Plus about 300 others.

I just saw an R8 at the auto show, plus i've seen a couple on the street in Malibu... It's just not doin' it for me yet... Maybe it'll grow on me, but I would take my G over it any day of the week and to compare it with a Murci, not even in the same league, IMO.... It looks alot like an elongated TT or something and it has that big 'ol 3 part grille.... Just my opinion...

Dang it I guess I missed a good one. I kinda figured there wouldn't be many people there due to Thanksgiving.

Holiday weekends have traditionally been as busy (if not busier) than normal weekends.
