I had both window motors on a 308 seize up on me and all they needed was to be cleaned up inside. The grease Ferrari used, can turn to cement if exposed to moisture or just gets really old. I would try to clean them first good no-residue cleaner & shop air, paying special attention to the bearing and motor brush surfaces. Clean these with steel wool or scotch brite pad, and lube everything with a very lightweight grease. Since doing this, my windows run really fast & strong. Note that taking the motors out is a REAL PAIN, and you have to pay close attention to the cable routing when you reinstall. It helps to run a piece of masking tape along the front vertical edge of the windows & frame so that the window doesn't fall into the door. Weather you decide to try to fix, or to replace, make sure your patience level is really high when you tackle that one.

One of the motors has been removed. If you apply power it runs but I suspect it was pulled out because it was weak with a load on it. I was considering going into it and checking the brushes, bearings ect but how do you get into it without damage? J
