That is identical to the Deltran Battery Tender Plus I posted in #27, only the private labeled Porsche version comes with the cigarette lighter adapter standard. But for the $39 savings, you could go to Radio Shack and splice your own on for $5.

I have one similar to this one:
    http://www.amazon.com/CTA-Tools-Computer-Memory-Saver/dp/B000GKD5Q0

You can probably find them even cheaper (Harbor Freight?) if you search around. BUT, I have used my Battery Tender to serve the same function....so I have never used my Computer Memory Saver thing...it is still in the package after 10+ years.

The leather cases are $340 new, although there appears to be a slight change to the handle design from the one on eBay. So yes - the eBay one is a good deal....

I might as well chime in...I use the OEM BMW tenders that connect into the cigarette lighter.

$65 MSRP at your local dealer, cheaper with BMWCCA discount or from a wholesale parts dealer.

    I suggest/recommend them to anyone.

Where can I find the cigarette lighter adapter to use with the Ferrari battery tender? Does Radio Shack carry the adapter?

First you need to determine if you cigarette lighter works with the ignition turned off on your Ferrari (456?). If it doesn't work, then using a cigarette lighter adapter is pointless. Once you have confirmed that it works, then you need to describe or post a picture of your Ferrari battery tender, there are at least two different ones, and there may or may not be a way to adapt them.

I use a Black and Decker tender that I got at Wally World for $20-30. Just plug into the cigar lighter...works fine for me.
