    Wow! This is bizarre. I don't think it is legal to force a consumer to Lease a vehicle for 12 months. This seems like BS to me.

    RBK is right brains "can" get you money and money will buy brains. If a dealer sells me a car at list when they know it is worth 50k more on the used market, are they really screwing you if you have to give them the option to buy it back? I think you are getting 50k in consideration (plus the opportunity to have a brand new Ferrari just like you want it) for signing the sell back aggreement. I paid cash and I have the title to the car. I suspect that new Ferrari's would be hard to come buy if you did not honor it. I intend to.
