Euro 360 ride height specs

I own a Y2000 360 Modena F1. I recently had the dealer service the car including alignment. It came back to me riding higher than it was, and handles like the CG is way too high compared to the previous settings. I typically do the alignments myself. I want to lower it slightly and re-do the alignment myself. I have the U.S. specs for ride height and for the Challenge car, but was curious if the European specs were 10 or 15mm lower than U.S. (That's what I have heard, but want to confirm.)
