I have a 2001 360 spider and would like to know if this is possible or how I would go about doing so. I have the regular non-power seats in my 2001 360 and would like to know if you can put the power daytonas in by plugging them into the same plug that the non-power seats have? It has a plug underneath each seat that I am sure has power(of course) but is it the same kind of plug as used for the power seat application? Another question, where is the best place to purchase/get a pair of power Daytona seats in black and I could maybe trade mine in towards the new ones. They are in Perfect condition and are black as well. Thank you.

Ok, I have found that I can just use the same plug as they are designed to accept either power or non-power seats. Now, Where do I get a pair of Daytona seats in black for a reasonable price? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Fill out your profile and we may be able to assist you better with resources in your area. Purchasing even a used set of power Daytona's is quite expensive any typically not cost effective. Unless you really need power seats, (how often do you really adjust them) you can replace the center section of your standard seat with the Daytona type.

Does anyone have those Harmony's in? I'd be very interested in some feedback on them and how comfortable they are.

I'm 6'2'' and mine are kinda' uncomfortable.

I put the Harmony seats in my 360 Spider worked out ok they are not a drop in some fiddling to get the fit and a special seat brkt you have to leave off the passenger side adjustment knob as it interfers with the console the seats themselves look and feel great I get a lot of people comment on the seats they also save considerable weight over the OEM electric seats I had

Thanks Martin. You'd think they'd make it an easy fit since they cost so much. Did you just put your aside?

Sorry, I'm not in the upholstery biz however, the Daytona and standard seats are the same, (minus electrics) except for the center back and seat sections which can be removed and redone to Daytona specs. Upholstery shops specializing in Ferrari such as Prestige in Hollywood, CA have been doing this for years.

I did you cant actually see that it is not there because the console covers the installation point and frankly I am in the car 95% of the time anyway and most people dont try to make adjustments in the seat back incline when they ride in the car anyway so its not a big deal. Great seats otherwise.

Is it possible to change out a standard seat skin from standard to daytona style?

If yes, how much do replacement skins cost?

(I imagine we could change just the daytona portion?)

    Seat "skins"????? Care to elaborate?

If you want Daytonas, I'd advise replacing the entire seat; don't fart around with the leather covering.

I recently had my seats out and I noticed what appears to be multiple threaded mount holes for each corner so swapping seats is simply a matter of buying them and bolting them in place.
Unsure if all cars by default will have the wiring harness required for power seats though.

I would like to put new leather on the basic seat frame, the seats are now about 5 years old in most cases, so I would like to put new leather with the daytona layout. The guts of the seats are the same? or not?

Two factory Daytona seats will be five figures from your dealer andt I'm not sure if your sport seats can just have Daytona insert panels added.

Another option are those from Harmony, seen this thread?

Has anyone swapped out their standard 360 seats for the Daytona seats? If so, what is involved, does FNA offer the only product and what is the approx. cost?
