In a way the 07 WDC title reminds me of the Nuerburgring GP from 1999: A bunch of folks could have won it, if it hadn't been for that unlucky <insert individual shooting into the foot here>.

Coming back to win a WDC after a sabbatical is not unprecedented in F1.

And if they don't have a story to report, they will make one up to fill the void ;)

I'm tired of waiting to see who is going to drive the second McLaren next and where Alonso is going. Winter testing is barely holding me over, and I still feel odd not having to wake up early on Saturday and Sunday to watch F1.

And Massa would have won the WDC in 2007 if his team had not made those really stupid mistakes.

    Sorry, absolutely couldn't resist!

In real life, there is only one good thing for which to use fingers. I told my doctors after the accident that with my right hand if I could write again, play the piano, butterfly shrimp, and that fourth thing I can't mention here, I would be OK with 85% use of that hand again.

Looks like I will not be able to palm a basketball or hitchhike with the right hand again, but my girlfriend is still happy.
