Love those wheels on your 348. If it's a Euro and it's a '93 or '94 MY it's a GTB. You can check the whole vin on http://www.club348.com/technical/Tech/348.html#VINs and see. There should be a letter for country or origin. If it's a 1993 build year and it's not a SS's it's a GTB. Should have the 119H motor with taller intake plenium. Post pics of the engine.
Hi Rocco, Yes, your number indicates that your 348 is a GTB according to Keiths book. Ferrari`s computer shows that it is a TB built in 1993 for the Swiss market, I know which one I would trust!! Also your car seems to be missing the surround for the front grille in the bumper that all GTB`s, GTS`s and Spiders had fitted, but it may have lost that along the way? As Dr. T348 has said the engine will be a type 119H if it`s a GTB, I will have your Vin number checked again on Monday, just to make certain the information is correct. Regards, Phil.
I hope you know that I was joking!! LOL The wheels were the 1st thing on my list I had to buy after getting the car, fills the wheel wells and takes 10 years off the car.. Do you have any pics of them on your Spider? Rocco
