Today there are endless combinations of interior trim, color, and equipment available for cars like the 430 and 599. What options were available a few years ago when the 355 was being produced?

Were there sport seats? Contrasting stitching? How about two-tone leather? CF trim? What colors for the leather/carpets? Alcantara? Hi-def stereo?

    Thanks for any input!

**Note the interior - tan (cuoio?) dash, air bag, seats with black piping and stitching, and factory installed roll bar. Also black carpets, including the door panels. **

That is one of the nicest 355 interiors I've seen! Love the 2 tone steering wheel

Interesting. I like everything about the interior of that car except the steering wheel. All black on it would look better to me. But that's why there are so many different options. BTW I really like the factory roll bar.

for sheezy. all black wheel would have set it off, this combo makes the whole interior look frankensteined together, whereas an all black wheel would let visual the flow happen.

Those instrument trim rings look like they might actually be chrome instead of the standard silver painted plastic.

:D The owner will appreciate your comments. It's an Austin car but it was originally spec'd and bought in the United Arab Emirates. And of course it did come with stereo but who the heck needs a stereo when you have a F355! :)

Believe it or not, the owner payed $10K less than what a Rosso Corsa F355 would have cost. I would have paid $10K more for that interior! :)

I like the unique color combos but I don't understand the lower dash color not matching the lower leather portion of the door panel. Those are continuous lines/shapes and should most definitely match.

Are the chrome rings on the gauges and instrument also factory or aftermarket?

There weren't a whole lot of interior options but mine did come from the factory with the rare challenge steering wheel covered in alcantara. It was pretty nice aside from the fact that it made your hands turn black on anything over a 3-4 hour drive.
