Relax. It was a joke. I wouldn't toss a kitten out of my car. A fully grown cat, sure, but not a kitten. I love animals. I once waded into a lake and pulled out a drowning dog. I put a shep on the back of my mountain bike and pedaled him out 10 miles so he wouldn't have to walk another foot on bloody foot pads. Does that make me a hero in internets court? No. Would I toss a kitten out of a sun roof? No. A cat, maybe. A chicken, sure. But only if it hit the pavement cooked and fried with a side of slaw and fries. Where is the public outcry when a ton of beef gets its brains pummeled out and the rest of it sold for burgers and steaks? Where is the outrage for the lone cow that grew up in a shyt environment but managed to go to Harvard and secure a law degree, yet to be shot cold dead and sliced out to the better eating establishments in the area? The kitten weeps. The cow cries. The rest of us? "Waiter!"
Vast Difference. I see you don't get the point, therefore there is no point in discussing the matter with you any further.
Good to hear the kitten is safe, it was sure lucky you and others stopped for it. One of my dogs was tossed from a car as a 3 month old puppy, she had a broken leg which healed fine, but to this day she has a horrible fear of trucks and traffic if you are walking near a busy road. Hopefully the police and ASPCA will find whoever did such a horrible act and throw the book at them!
May I respectfully suggest that we use the word "puked" (with a different facial expression) in place of the word "came"?!!! Schhhhhhh---------
Yeah--------when I need access to the library, there's no one home When they catch that bastard and throw the book at him, I'll repost my own pic of Cinder sipping her wine in celebration.
Heading up to SEMA a few years ago, a blue minivan was tossing out kittens going up the 215 pass. Me and my friend pulled over, and couldn't grab one of the kittens that made it safely to the side, he hid under a jersey barrier. We took off and caught up to the van and called the cops, phoned in the plates and tailed it til they caught up. I don't know what the guy got, but the cops pulled him over and we pulled off way behind them to give a statement if needed. I guess it could have gone up to 5 years for each animal thrown from the vehicle, and then all the endangerment to other vehicles over and above that. We had to restrain ourselves from doing something rash, and instead waited for the cops to catch up. I swear... if they hadn't and he had stopped somewhere... grrrr
This kitten is a naughty girl! http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=54586462
That piece of $#!t who threw that kitten should be dropped off into the cooling pools of San Onofre and be allowed to go for a nice swim with concrete shoes. Seriously, people like that who do that to a defenseless animal...what do you think they are capable of to a human? I do believe that the legal system should have laws in it for people just like that. They get done to them what they did to the animal.
