Guys our web designer has gone off the far end and messed things up for us. I need a web team to come in and do the back end along with everything else except the design. We have the design we want but need someone to finish it up. Here is the catch... I need it done by the first or second week of January. Working on a decent budget. Someone please help me. We have marketing events that we have paid for and need it up by then. Antony
Antony, What technology are you targeting for the back-end implementation (e.g. Java/Oracle, PHP/MySQL, ASP.Net/SQL Server, etc.)? How many modules need to be developed? How complex / sophisticated?

Your best hope for meeting the tight deadline is to probably hire a local good web developer. I assume you & Brian are in the L.A. area at this time, true? If so, you might try posting an ad in craigslist under the gigs section (computer subsection). Try to get someone who is an experienced technical fit, someone who has "been there, done that" in the technology you are targeting. Good luck.
Thank you sir. Every time I put an ad out there I get so many BS replies of people who claim to do good work. It justs sets me back..lol
I'd offer but I'm already at 120%.. besides, it's hard to get me to return a phone call as it is. If I think of anyone I'll let you know.
Antony, I know a guy who is very good and very fast. Does not get involved in graphics at all but is the cream of the crop when it comes to the backend stuff. That sounds like what you need. I can put you in touch but could you possibly find out the back-end technology?

Sorry about that, I'm one of two in my department that handles such stuff (between 120 new and existing clients) and I'm building another department on top of that. It's crazy how many times I shift gears in day.
I'm flooded at the moment but need more information regarding the technology you are using behind the scenes. I know you said you did not know, but... gotta have that information, or in regards to platform, etc to really refer you to a person/place that is right for the job.
Like everyone else said, find out what technologies you need to use. I do this kind of work on the side and might be able to help, but would need to know more first.
