Here are some more pictures of my new coupe. I'm really thrilled with how it turned out. A few observations: There is no glare problem whatsoever with the couio dashboard Bluetooth works great Parking sensors are helpful, but there is no visual display, which limits their effectiveness It looks like tire pressure monitoring is now standard. I spec's the car with this option, it is not listed as an option on my sticker, but I've got it in the car. I ordered ball polished wheels, but the car came with standard wheels. The dealer said that Ferrari is having a problem with their supplier, so stock is what I got. Even though I am a die-hard 6-speed guy (I traded my 2005 6-speed coupe for this new one), I'm really enjoying the F1 paddles. The car is much easier to drive. We'll see how I feel after the novelty wears off. Bose audio has been a disappointment. Sound quality is good, much better than the lower cost hi-fi option in my 2005 coupe. The bad news, at least to me, is that there is no ability to adjust sound quality, not even bass and treble controls, let alone an equalizer or digital sound processing. A big surprise for a $7,000+ audio system. Well, the good news is that I didn't buy the Ferrari for the sound system, and, as you can see, everything else about the car is spectacular! Really like the Challenge grill. It breaks up all the red quite nicely. Now I know why they sell so many red cars...it looks teriffic! Sad about the Bose with that big premium. CH
Very pretty- congratulations. I am also stunned by the absence of bass and treble controls on the bose radio. I have some experience with this and sadly this is what Ive found: If you have an auto equalizer- turn it off. All it does is flatten the sound. if you have an ipod connector, in the settings section of your ipod, select the bass booster. This will help but it will not make the sound beautiful. Im sorry to say but I think to achieve better sound it will require someone who is very good at doing custom installs. But of course, that is not why you bought this beautiful vehicle. Enjoy it!!! best regards, Jerry
Awesome CAR!!!!! Absolutely Perfect. That will be my next car. I already have a 360 Spider, which I intend to keep, and would love to add a 430 Coupe just like yours for my collection. What do they go for? High mileage car is alright with me since I do not intend to drive the vehicle alot. Would you mind giving me the exact specs on your vehicle. Love the interior and the wheels. It sure does blow the 360 away. Gus [email protected]
Jerry, thanks for the advice. I have an iPod connector, and will try adjusting those settings. What is an auto equalizer? Barry
