    The guy/institution owning the place where it had been moored for the last years? He is the one to have the physical access, and I'm sure his claims for mooring fees not being paid for 4 years will conveniently match the ship's value, if any legal discussion should arise... ;)

    Bush probably couldnt fit it on the wall. That or may be he figured if he takes it, and then tries removing it when he leaves office people might say "Umm wtf? No"

    A little OT, but anybody else think that Saddam's revolvers that Bush has in his office might "disappear" when Bush leaves? Or that Bush ("on behalf of the government") may give himself the revolvers as a gift?
