Funny thing about being friend with 'celebrities' ... they're just your friends until you go out and the paparazzi shows up .

 

I got to know this one guy that has crazy connections around the hollywood area and country with celebs and other powerfull people. Pretty sweet hearing the stories.

Celebs for me...ummm.

No. Ive lived in San Antonio for all my life. But thats gonna change in a week or 2.

 

I have seen alot of celeberity's around hollywood and beverly hills, only talked to a few, but dont know there number but i do know where they live

 

Then-Governor Ronald Reagan was very first person I ever talked to on telephone.

 

i got to know ozzie smith a few years back in little league... i played against his son in our league, we were arguably the 2 best players (i know, a pretty sad self-worth type statement, ) i still laugh when i think about dustin turning an unassisted triple play against my team one game...
one of my best friends lives across the street from doug weight, plays with anaheim now...but the guy was really pretty cool, still owns the house on his street, i've seen him around a few times, he knows my name...pretty cool...
one of my distant relatives used to date harold ramis...


one totally off topic interesting tidbit...the fraternity house i lived at in mizzou was the one that would have been used for the fraternity house in animal house had the curators allowed them to film there...

 

I have a few "celeb" friends I can call right this second. I mean I kinda have to in my business.

Some are movie stars and some are famous business men.

I do work for a number of celebrities but rarely get to meet them. I always deal with their personal assistants or similar. I do bump into them from time to time while working at their place and get a quick "hello" or "nice job". I guess if I really had to I could call up the personal assistant and ask PRETTY PLEEEEEEEASE can I speak to so-n-so.

 

Thats impressive ..you can still call her! Isnt she in the great beyond?

As for me the only Celeb Ive run into recently is Jason Biggs of American Pie. Seems hes dating a neighbors daughter.

 

Oh i did more. Remember, i was at her parking spot for awhile. Hey, i would even take her sis or her mom. lol

I'm pretty sure you are talking about Vaughan Valley....which used to be called Eddie Shack's....Vic Hadfield may have had a stake in it but Shack was the principal...and he was always there.


As far as Hadfield's place in Oakville, it is a driving range and mini golf centre.
