It's nice you're being popular out there, but also have to look out for your own work. You devoted time and money to take those shots, so make sure that you'll be paid every time somebody makes money using your pics.

Unless you signed a paper saying that you gave up all your copyrights to the other party, you are entitled to some money.

Also it would be nice for them to put your credits on those pics (like in any magazine - they buy the pics from the photographer but still put his name on).

 

do you digitally watermark all of your stuff? in photoshop if you go to file > file info you can set it all in there. naturally, anyone can change it, but when they do, you have them redhanded for messing with your copyright.

 

You definitely need to get paid for these. Saw them on Dupont too I figured you got payed for them, sorry to hear that dude, hopefully you'll get it straightened out.
