http://money.cnn.com/video/ft/#/video/fortune/2007/12/27/fortune.jaguar.callaway.fortune Kinda sad. First, Sue Callaway is obviously a print journalist and look uncomfortable here. More importantly, I think Callum is struggling to point of the interesting bits on the XF, and they're not all that interesting. I'm likely in the minority, but as great as his work was over at Aston Martin, Callum seems to be running low on ideas, IMO.
Wow, did she just say in a remarkable tone that it has an interior light you can press to turn on and press to turn off? Car looks nice but i need to see it in person. I hope the new XJ does not mimic this look though. The blue lighting is nice to but I think I may tire of it .
I am waiting to see an XF in person. I loved the concept car, btu the production model looks too much like a Buick or some other generic sedan. Hopefully I will change my mind when I see it in the flesh.
+1 When Ian Callum was talking about the design 'highlights', you kind of had to squint to make them out. There is a Jaguar-esque hood curve behind the headlights, for example, but it looks like a desperate afterthought on a bonnet we've seen on 100 other cars, none of them from Coventry.
