I understand the issue is complex and I opened my thought up for review. I would suggest the first state to consider it be California and let Arnold and the lawyers hash it out. But a couple of thoughts come to mind. First you distinguish a licensed photog by the credentials he is required to display on his person. Second, make impersonating one a misdemeanor. I'm sure the licensed guys will rat out the riff-raff. Licensees should also be required to keep a min. of 10' personal space between them and the celeb. Failure to obey limited rules will get you before a hearing board to remove your license and forfeit your bond. If a photog is caught doing a traffic offense while pursuing a celeb should get them before this same board.

I know people like to see a train wreck but I'm surprised by how many people actually pay to read these rags...... not worth it. I've never spent a dime to read or view a picture of these people. I've definitely clicked a link about them though.

good thoughts all..., The public at large loves it - my wife included. She gets annoyed when I question why she picked up the "smut" rag from the grocery. Western Civ is an evolving society - it will be interesting to see what satisfies the hunger w/ the new generation.
