27k mile car, just needs a little detailing and it's ready to show. Nice alarm too.(I wonder if he charges extra for that?)
    Only $35k , book value $40k. It's a steal. lol
(Maybe someone should tell him that his tail lights are reversed- judges will knock off points at the car show for that)

Funny that the Seller doesn't know that it's a euro version and doesn't mention DOT/EPA?

Anyone know what the stock exhaust exit would be on this car? Is it a single pipe on the LH side (and they added a similar cutout on the RH side to match and mount the dual twin tip muffler)?

PS You guys didn't read the text -- the Seller supposedly changed the wheels (but odd no pics).

I think the black painted intake coves are the best feature of the car!
I wonder why Ferrari didn't paint all of the 308s like this at the factory?

On a lighter note, he does say in the auction the wheels were bead blasted and refinished to original spec.

All the wonky paint aside, this car should be investigated, that's a Euro door plate, indeed...

All 308s Euro were good cams and also NON Catalyst thru 1980, IIRC....

Maybe pick this thing up as a project, get it back to OEM cosmetically.........a real beat down monetarily is the missing DOT papers, BUT if this car was Federalized, those can be replaced!

You guys need to look past the 'ugly'........maybe a movie star in the making here!

I don't want a GTS, but this is worth considering, I'd send the rims to Wheels America and be done with that...

We'll fill a big box with that radio/alarm stuff and take it to Goodwill....scrap copper wire is $2.60 a pound.......

    $15K..it's moving! LOL!

He would have been well advised to FIX the darn paint work prior to thorwing this one out there.

If that thing has DOT papers and a NON CAT engine system , it'd be worth low $30s easy if not for unfortunate paint mods.....IMO.

I just bid it up a bit. No way will he get his reserve, which is probably around 32k. I figured that Big Tex and I can get her in shape if I win. :)
