    A long, long time ago I knew a young lady who had a Neckar Europa (Fiat 1100).

    How did you find out that your 600 was a Neckar?

    It's surprising how popular the 600 design was and all the places it ended up being made when Fiat stopped.
    Seat / Spain (4 door version too!)
    Zastava / Yugoslavia (built into the eighties!)
    ? Argentina
    My 600D was built in Turin and sold as a new car in 1970, one of the last (Italians) I shoud think.

    I was looking at purchasing a Neckar Europa with a sunroof off of Ebay not so long ago. A better built Fiat imo. I didn't know they manufactured 600's also.

    The car was sold new in Germany and the original registration paperwork (Kraftfahrzeugbrief) lists it as a Neckar.

    Interestingly, however, the engine is listed as Fiat.
