    Reason for Ban:
Defamation per se: Allegations or imputations "injurious to another in their trade, business, or profession"; "Just because you defraud people on a daily basis" is unacceptable. Roytoy did not request this ban.

And now, back to the regularly scheduled Schadenfreude

funny thing is Roy doesn't need to call MB and tell them, this thread already took care of that. Hopefully Allan gets it taken care of

    Allan ain't a car salesman.
    Roy also backed off.
Your butt-buddy added more statements equivalent to that which was cited.

Let's get something straight, me saying would pictures help was stating that if Allan took pictures of his car once it's back on the road will give him all the credit and prove Roy was wrong. If it's just a belt issue, I'm guessing Allan is picking up the car this weekend and driving it home. It didn't sound like that big of an issue, but I don't know the facts. For you to make comments as you did on LP were uncalled for. If you want to talk, I'm all ears, if not, I suggest you give it a rest.

    Easy boy,

If you want to hand Roy an open mike then just say so. I am here to set a record straight and so is Tony who basically repeated what Roy said about Allan few posts earlier...

I expect you to do your duty as a mod here as objectively as I do it on Lambo Power, if it's too much to ask then I'm sorry for asking.

Easy, boy - don't call me or any other F-Chatters boy.

Roy's backed off his "fraud" allegation.

F355spyder redoubled his subjectively Defamation per se: Allegations or imputations "injurious to another in their trade, business, or profession" comments towards Roy. That's objectionable and actionable. So, to prevent further unnecessary roughness, I was objective about what one can and cannot do and gave 'em 6 months in the Hole.

Damn, I need to dust off my English-English dictionary to understand that... (remember, I'm a bloody foreigner :D)

If that's your idea of being objective then more power to you and happy new year...

I have been on a plane from Seatle to San Jose. I am at the Hotel now. I had a lot of time to think this whole thing over.

I must apologize for my postings. I was quick to jump at it only for the pure reason of having a pissing match with Allan. BUT I have to be better than that. I am a source for selling to the Public and with that I must take all the jabs sent to me.

I am very proud of the business I built in this industry when it just started to be a hobby. We had a great year last year and this year has started of killer as well. I get to see a lot of neat cars, meet great people and make a lot of people happy with their dreams...and I make money at it, what more can you ask for.

I have made mistakes and I am sure I will make more, but from each one I learn and attempt to do better. I do take issue with and have always said that I have NEVER knowingly defrauded anyone on a vehicle...and that is more than clear with the fact that we still have never had any one come forward and say I have done so. I would think after almost 4 years of selling these high end cars that if it was true we would have heard about it by now.

I have cars that should probably have never been sold, cars that I would not own....but they where never lied about and someone has been happy to buy them for their reflected price. I learned recently that our insurance does NOT cover a vehicle we sell with a Stamped Salvage Title (SST). So that was learned when this was brought to light by others to me....so never again can I or will I represent, consignemnt or otherwise a vehicle of that nature.

It is very difficult to get ALL information about a vehicle when you sell and buy ESPICALLY from other wholesalers that have no morals. I have been screwed mnore than once on a car that I was TOLD was ok...after all whloesale dealer to dealer is a different world and we have to have some trust. But when I get burned...like the BLUE 6.0 great example...I move on and never deal with that wholesaler again. But I did not and will not call him out as it does no good what so ever.

Unfortunately I did not follow this rule with this Posting and Allan. I am truley sorry that for reasons to many to name that certain people just dont get along. But that gives me no right to make their life a bad day. They are human as I am. No one is perfect. I should have just ignored this whole incident and let the parties involved deal with it. After all Allan has never bought a car from me, nor does this car and its worked performed on it have anything to do with me or my dealership.

I am sorry for sinking to this mud slinging level, it was un called for and I am ashamed of it. I should not have let my feelings guide my business decisions.

I truly hope whatever it is that the car comes back to the owner and he is happy, after all that is what it is all about. I need to get back to treating people the way I want to be treated and just have fun again.

I am sorry for any heartache this has caused anyone.

Can we wrap this up with these last couple of posts?

Barring unforseen disaster, it appears that Roy has posted his mea culpa, and that all is once again right with the world.

I'm never gonna get the 15 minutes I spent reading this back, but then again, neither is anyone else who made it this far.

I'll watch until the AM, but expect this thread to be closed by start of business tomorrow (Saturday)

    Dave
