I would like to thank Daniel from Ricamdi America for his outstanding service. I would have thought that being half a world away would make it difficult to buy parts for my 355. Since I took delivery of my spider just prior to Christmas the centre console has been playing on my mind. Mid way through last week I decided I could not live with the sun damaged console for much longer, so I sent a pm to Daniel regarding getting the part I required to complete the cleanup, his response was very prompt (considering I live in a different time zone!) and all of 3 business days later the part has travelled more miles that half of the Ferraris on here and is now sitting on my work bench waiting to be installed. I now see why plenty of people on here rave about Daniel's service; I will now pitch my tent in that camp. Daniel, Thank you, I am currently trying to construct a list of things to buy from you, if only to support a great guy from a great business.
I just placed an order for some Hill Engineering tensioner bearings and silicone coolant hoses for an upcoming major service on my 355. Prompt shipment and delivery as always with Daniel.
I have purchased a heap of parts of Dan at Ricambi America. Indeed his service and promptness is magnificent. I live in Australia and get the parts cheaper and quicker from Dan in the US then getting it from Ferrari here. You will not find much better service than Dan's
