Colin Clarke in the UK can usually get anything for the early lambo's - and if he can't he knows someone who can. Will post better shots next month (maybe with it's friend the Mangusta if the owner is back in the UK). And if you know anyone who just needs to get out of stocks and shares in a hurry and into a Orange 1967 P400.....usual commision rates apply ;-)> Bax.
Hi guys, I have attached photos of one of the nicest Miuras I have ever seen that just came through our service center. Unfortunately, Parket and Eric did their job so well that I wasn't able to get more photos of the car. They had it serviced, repaired, and back on the delivery truck before I could grab more photos. The car lives in Cincinnati...new owner. What do you think? Below some more pictures of the mystery Miura (reference post #3024). Description from www.lamborghiniregistry.com regarding S/N 4846: Delivered March 8th 1971 to the Swiss Dealer Foitek in Zurich for one of his 'special' clients. Joe, do you know what is meant by 'special' client? Has this something to do with the profession of the first owner of S/N 4846? That was normally Stemort from berlin, foitek delivered him more than one car. The text can also come from the Miura book or simon kidston's miura register. Where were these pictures taken? I know of a SV in the middle of Zürich but haven't seen it in person yet.
I've promised my friends-owners of both cars not to share the all the detailed pictures I've of their cars. So, no additional pictures at the moment; but I may ask... Bruno
60s beauty and singer Sandie Shaw drove her Miura on the beach, in bare feet. Ah the carefree swinging sixties, when hair was long, miniskirts were short, and anything was possible http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HchQQP6V_TI Joe www.joesackey.com
Sandie Shaw again. This time she is ON the Miura! Joe www.joesackey.com Image Unavailable, Please Login

I've posted a photo of this car on page 106 of this thread (post #2105). Here is the same car 4 years later, in 1984 at the Hockenheim racetrack in Germany with some other modifications. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Does anyone know the outcome of the 1970 Miura S that was at Russo and Steele last week? It is not shown on their results page. Andy
