    When I drove my Ferrari Spider from UK to Nerja I went up to Banus one evening with my good friend Alejandro, who owns Autos Nerja.

    I could not believe the reaction that my car got! I made it 10m onto the front when about 10 teenage girls jumped on the car shouting fotografia fotografia LOL! ...

    The funniest part was a policeman shouting at Alejandro to put his telephone down while driving ... then apologising as he realised that the steering wheel was on the right hand side :)

    We went for a meal at the little Italian as Alejandro knows someone connected to the FOCA (chairman's son maybe?) but he was not there.

    I found out later that someone had photographed the car and kindly put it on "exoticspotter.com" ... no idea who the guys are but the link is here. I have also attached a nicer pic of the car outside the family villa in Nerja.

    Happy days!

    i tried to drive over for the meet on the Sunday but my wife had nearly run out of patience so I thought that it might be healthier for me if i spent the day with her and our daughter.

    Hopefully will be back into another 348, Berlinetta this time and Rosso (and LHD) sometime in January :) With two children now, whether I manage to bring it down to Spain again or not will depend on how many pairs of shoes I buy Vicki I think! :D

    Al, thanks for the picture. Thats awesome. That villa with a yellow Ferrari looks so natural. Looks like that pic was taken waay back in the day. Gorgeous car and villa! Almost looks like a photo ad.

    Dear Ferrari Owners Club Andalucia Members and Friends:

    Next sunday 13th January 2008 we will meet at Toni Dalli´s Restaurant at 10:00 am to go to Cadiz.

    When we arrive to Cadiz we will go to San Felipe Neri with DUCATI Motorbikes where we will stay at Charity Acton to get money for childrens with Cancer and AIDS. We will park our cars with security.

    We will go walking to the restaurant CASANOVA.

    After relax at the hotel, we will come back to San Felipe Neri where we will give some prizes (pictures on Ferrari board, clothes, Ferrari passenger rides...) Press will be there!.

    At night we will go to dinner seafood!.

    Next day, 14th January 2008, monday, we will go to Jerez Circuit where we can see Formula One Official Testing with VIP pass. It will be the first day Ferrari F1 2008 drives on speed track!

    Around 14:30 we will go to lunch to La Cueva Restaurant, we will give some presents and we will finish the event!.

    If you want more information, do not hesitate to contact with me.

    Please, confirm your seat as soon as possible because VIP F1 pass are limited!!

    I want to see it Enrique, i remember that when we went to maranello last june we can see only a black unit from 62 GTO, i want to see one in red, and if the car is in marbella better. regards.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I do not think so. GT-club.es is located at Barcelona (north of Spain) and this GTO is located at Marbella (south of Spain). I am not sure if it is original or replica, but... would you park a replica car in your house hall? I am not sure...

    My personal opinion is that the owner is not spanish person. He has one house in Marbella. He usually has the car at his country and he bring it to Spain for few weeks or months...

    By other way, few months ago I read spanish magazine about a good 250 GTO replica in Spain. One friend of me sent me a picture from that car at Madrid motor show. Maybe that is GT-club car... I will try to get pictures.
