Congrats on the new 430 purchase. I'm hoping to one day be in the shoes of many 430 owners like you when I can finally buy one and post some pics of my own. Enjoy her in good health.

    Congrat's on your new ride.
Since you're in the bay area... when the weather clears and warms up a bit, be sure to join us on Saturday mornings at Santana Row in San Jose where local car lovers (of all kinds) get together for an impromptu car show.

    Usually gets going 9:30-ish.

    Take care,
    Frank

Congrats, it looks just like the one I picked up in Dec. also. My dash is black instead of tan. Hope the rains let up so you can enjoy it with the top down.

Question: Do you notice glare with the tan dash?

The tan dash is more aesthetically pleasing but is the glare a problem?

    Congratulations on a stunning car!

    Thanks!
    Actually, this is my 2nd.
    I had a '98 F1 355 Spider (Red/Tan), purchased used.
First new directly from a Ferrari Dealer.
Originally, I placed my deposit for a 360 back in '04.
When the 430s came out, I had it moved over.....GLAD I DID.

I'm sure you probably know, in order to purchase a new Ferrari at MSRP you have to have done business with the dealer before.
As naive as I was, the salesperson presented as I needed to "own" a Ferrari first.
So I went out and purchased a 355 not knowing...he meant I needed to purchase a use one from him first!
Anyways, I made it back up by referring my friend as a client.

I have to admit....there is some glare at times.
    But it doesn't bother me.

I have other cars with a black dash and grey dash that still have glare...depending on how the light hits it.
My conclusion....I like how the tan dash blends in and there will be glare regardless of what color the dash is. Question is....how tolerable are you?

btw...I initially ordered it with a tan steering wheel too, but the dealer kind of missed it....what am I to do...send it back or don't take delivery????
I'm just glad it's finally here after 4 years.
Besides...the steering column is black and after looking at how it blends in....I'm ok with it.
