I am on the far north of the North Island of New Zealand. Unbelievably beautiful and fantastic for motocross. Will be back in HK by the end of the week and will post some more pictures. Should be some good progress while I have been away

I'm aware that this topic is quite dated, but would you mind posting some pictures of your 348 GTC? I have personally never seen one and would love to.

It is at the race track. You can do a search. There are lots of photos in fchat of GTC's. Mine is not very pretty-it is a race car. Sorry I don't have any in my PC

Sorry for the ignorance. I've done a small search and found quite a few pieces of information and photos.

I just have one more question. If you don't mind, could you briefly tell me how much you paid for it? Just very brief, Over 100K? Under 200K?, etc. It's fine if you don't want to

    TIA,
    Andy

There was a beautiful GTC for sale on Pistonheads.com a while back in France for around £45k GBP.

I bought mine along time ago and history lessons are irrelevant. Do some current searches. Pretty easy to figure out the market

Thanks for kind posts. I have been traveling quite a lot and have not taken too many pictures lately. Garage is coming along well. Floor was treated yesterday - raw concrete with sealer. Weather is very cold in Hong Kong right now so it is taking a while to dry. Turntable is being assembled now. Should be finished by mid-February. I am traveling a lot during February and may not have time to move my cars in until the end of the month. I am very happy with the outcome. I can hardly wait to post a photo of my little collection parked together

Today was a big day. The turntable was fitted. The aluminum plate covering will be installed tomorrow. The car lifts arrived this evening and will be fitted early next week. All electrical works are now approved. Everything in Hong Kong grinds to a halt by the middle of next week to celebrate the Lunar New Year holidays. I am off to LA next week. Everything on track to be finished by the end of Feb

8C is LHD so cannot be registered in HK. Untaxed price with some options is about HKD1.4mn or about USD180k. I think the car is a bargain. There are 4 or 5 coming to HK that I know about. 500 are being made. 100 are going to the US. I think the car is deadly good looking and that matters a lot to me

Sounds great - thanks for the offer. Next time. I landed at Auckland, transferred to a private plane and headed straight north. Spent my entire time in the far north

I would love to one day make this happen, any excuse to go for a drive and I’m there. ;)

Nice garage project by the way, it looks like you are maximising your space very well.
