    Insane price for a 500, 2.5M - 3M is more like it. Last to sell that I can find was for 2.2 in August '06.

    More expensive and important Ferrari's have been crashed and restored (a certain 250LM comes to mind) . Would not surprise me if this one had seen a wall or two :)

    I'm doubting its real because they have a silver GTO replica. I think its costs a million or so.

    Hey Damian - I see you're young and all, and probably don't know what you're saying. but those are rather serious words to be casually tossing about without any evidence on this particular car. Best to nod and move along

    Or admit it's a 1:18th scale and over-priced :D

    i can understand 5 for it, they basically have the market cornered with the only 1 available (that i know of) for it, so why not try to make a diecent profit off of it? i'm sure other owners are hoping they'll get the full 5 mil, anyway, congrats to the future owner!

    Your so called "proof" is clearly lablelled as a TRIBUTE, clearly indicating that it's a replica.

    Your doing better than me then. My 250 usually starts out as a 10 cylinder for the first few minutes.
