    Butch, the Shell Rotella T synthetic 5w-40 is a fine oil, but make no mistake, it is NOT the same as Shell Ultra Helix 5w-40 synthetic. If you compare the data sheets on them, you will see the specs are different, and the approvals are different as well. That said, FNA did approve the use of Shell Rotella T synthetic 5w-40 for a short time back in 2000 or 2001 when they had difficulting obtaining the Shell Ultra Helix.
