Oh man Jas, thank you so much for all your help on getting this thing done. You don't know how much of a resource you were. I usually love this process..........but it was a bit nerve racking considering the item. The waiting begins..............I don't sleep much already. It will be non existent for a couple of weeks now.

Thanks Carbon.........I believe it came out of a private estate in the midwest. The owner past away last year and the widow finally gave up the car.

Jas and I have the utmost respect for each others "enthusiasts" attitudes regarding these "most excellent" of motorcars. You could call it a sort of "Professional Courtesy" thats playing itself out here.

Yes, this may well be the case, but RufMD is a committed conkers champion and has a 'seventy sixer' pickled in vinegar. I am informed that in his mispent youth he was a veritable demon and known with great notoriety throughout his old stomping ground of Essex, England. He was never, ever beaten. And this is all I'm saying on the matter. But, do take note, please, that our illustrious comrade, Joe Sackey, does not venture onto the conkers pitch. There is no inference here that Comrade Joe Sackey is intimidated by Comrade RufMD. But you would be best advised to follow Comrade Joe Sackey's example of 'spirited drives.' Also, do not post out-of-focus images of it as this will upset 410SA as this is his domain and he has full copyright on all out of focus F-40 images. This apart, have a great time with it for this is an acquisition that you will never regret.
