F355 top problem

    I have a problem with the top opening on my 1997 F355 Spider. When I use the regular or the emergency switch the top only moves back to the right side. The left side gets stock in the middle while the right side will go back all the way down. I bled the system, I had Lake Forest Sport Car look at it. They changed a sensor but that didn't solve the problem. Before I spend too much money on it, any suggestions will be appreciated.

    Have you tried pushing the center cross brace up gently when you operate it?

    It is possible one of the rams is bad on the left side...they are expensive. They can be damaged if the hydraulic fluid is allowed to get too low. BTW, how is your fluid level presently? I hope the dealer checked and topped it off.

    +1 ..................and make sure the fabric is folding up proper too.
