Bulldoze Alcatraz???

I can't believe over 46 thousand people voted FOR this...

 

They could turn it into a whole reality show. Drop x number of prisoners on the island. Allow them to fight each other and attempt to swim back to shore.

I still want them to turn the Astrodome into a Gladiator style arena using prisoners. They fight each other, then fight lions, set up a maze for them to get through. It would be great entertainment. And it would save tax payers from keeping them on death row, and raise the city/state a lot of revenue in ticket sales.

Me and my friends were talking about this the other day. Since prisons are over loading, why not make them earn their independence again? Not only that i'm sure plenty of people would pay 5 dollars or more to see some axe murderer kill a child molester.

 

When I visited SF a year back for a meeting, Alcatraz was pretty much the only touristy thing I did (wanted to see Muir woods, but got food poisoning). The ferry rides to and fro were booked solid. Why would anyone want to throw those tourist $$$ away?!

 

International Peace Center? What, do hippies believe they will somehow suddenly see peace & harmony in that dome?





Actually, that's not a bad idea. They stay there, we're over here, I think it's perfect!
Yes, bulldoze Alcatraz so we can keep the hippies on the island instead.

 

I can't wait to see them all trying to paddle out the in their canoes, made only from fallen trees of course.
