    Mr. G.,
Did he write it for Road and Track, and is it published? I remember the series of articles he used to do on it before it was wrecked. Or is it online?? I would love to read it.

    Eric,

Best wishes to you man. It is funny how our priorities change...going through a similar thing myself.

I do hope your back improves..you have been in the thoughts and prayers of many on this forum for quite a while.

    Keep us updated.

Eric, sorry to hear your back isn't getting better. I hope you are able to focus on it and get it manageable. Selling an Enzo can't be easy either...... How do you conclude, in your mind, that it's the right thing to do? I wish you the best with all your new priorities............

Congrats on being able to move on. I think it's cool that you can be honest and say that cars don't do it for you anymore. There is definitely a lot more to life than them.

I hope your back gets better soon, do the doctors have a solution for you yet?

btw, those pics still make me go "dang!"

congrats on your sale! You're the envy to all....maybe even Jim...nahh he pretty much has it all too. LOL You're both perfect example of level headed, down to earth, car guys! I can only imagine owning such a collection even for if only a moment in time.

Interesting stuff. I agree with Darth...and Eric, your posts would be a lot cooler without any mention of money. To have a collection like yours already implies a certain level of wealth--no need to go on about it, even if to say that it's not a big deal. You don't see Napolis talk about money, do you?

Eric, We are sorry to hear that your back is still bothering you and it has not gotten any better. You have an awesome car collection and I loved seeing all of the pics. As far as your Enzo it is after all just a car and if your not happy with it why not sell it.

Exactly. He always mentions money, even if it's to say it doesn't matter. That's irrelevant to the topics here.
    A car was sold, ok.

You are an inspiration. I hope one day more people will realize what you have. Cars are fun..but they do not represent the person behind the wheel.

Good move to sell it as you never drove it, you bought it at the right price and you got out when the market is hot on them. Good timing
I know the drives and the cars get old after awhile but i know how much you enjoyed it!

    Good move

I agree with how light the car was and it was a little muted. The car doesnt talk back to you as much as your other cars where you know when to shift just by feel or engine noise.

Its tough enough getting into these types of cars. I can't even imagine doing it with a bad back.

Had a "pooched" disk in College.........finally healed by itself. Thank God! I hope yours heals and you can start enjoying the cars again.
