I need some wheels and tires for a 1:18 F355 (UT), but I would like to have slicks and something other then a stock rim. Where do most of you buy your after market 1:18 scale wheels?

I am in the process of making some from resin. I have made so far Novitec Rosso 5 bolt, Novitec Rosso center lock, 360 challenge stradale and the 355 challenge. I also just finished making moldings for the tires that came on the 360 challenge stradale and some pretty wide tires to go with the Novitec rims. By the end of the week I'll probably have some cool BBS wheels done too. Right at this moment I am waiting for the resin to harden, so I can see how they come out. I am also planning some slicks to go with the 355CH wheels.
I will post pics later on tonight when they are done

Here are the very first moldings just pulled out of the mold. The three with four wheels on it is one front and one rear wheel of the 355CH and the Novitec Rosso centerlock. The smaller molding is of the Novitech Rosso 5 bolt pattern. Both novitec wheels have one of their spokes missing. This is caused by trapped air and is most likely due to the fact that (just for trial reasons)I used quick setting resins that are thicker and start hardening after 2-3 minutes. When making these I'll be using high strength resin which is water thin when poured and sets in 18 hours. This would give plenty of time to any trapped air to escape. Now I have to try my new flexible "rubber" molding material, to make tires.

I have also completed the master for the Novitec 360 front bumper. Now I just have to make the mold. I am almost done with the rear undertray. The wing is already done and the mold also. The only thing after that would be the seats, which I already made, but no mold yet and the flat bottom steering wheel. Oh, I forgot the brakes. Then it would be a complete transkit. The F430 Novitec conversion is also in the works. I was not happy with the one a made before so I destroyed it and started from scratch. At least teh wheels and the wing are the same for both.
Then in the future I am thinking about a HAmann Gallardo and Murcie.

If they are the same as the ones that came in the 355CH and the 360 Spider and the 360 Challenge Stradale, they are pretty inaccurate. Look ok in the 355ch.

    No, its not those.
They are the ones that come with the ch kit (wing, rollbars, cell, wheel covers, and seat). I just have some extra seats.

I will try them anyways, I need some parts and don't want to keep waiting around for them anymore. I put this project off long enough.

    Those look great!
I would rather find something like those then throw these wheel covers on mine that I have.
I also want this front end piece (shown in the pic)

I had never seen a front end like this on a 355, but I am sure that I can make it. I'll put it on my projects list.
