I had a CL55. Fast as all heck, handled amazing well for a 4200 lb car, comfy, great electroaudio setup. Neutral balance dynamics at practically any speed; uncanny.

Enjoy the 63 -- but I think you'll find the Germans have taken a bit of the thrill out. Or maybe I'm confusing "thrill" with "questionable reliability" in the Italian cars.

Hey - I am still here and the 400i is still my daily driver. I have not been posting much only because the damn thing just keeps on going. No rust and nothing to speak of has broken - just turn the key and go. So, not much to post about. I have driven it in truly bad conditions (including a moderate freezing rain / ice storm a couple of weeks ago) and with the four Blizzaks it was fine. Here is a pic of it in my garage in the country with my wife's new D-90. Two cool vehicles.

I realize you said you're not a bentley fan, but I own one and I can tell you, not only is the GT a terrific daily driver, it's also tremendous in the snow and ice. I go skiing in VT just about every weekend and the thing just kicks butt in the snow w its 4wd system. I'm a Ferrari fan as well, but nothing compares with what Bentley did for a those of us who want to drive our cars every day in and out of the city, come rain or shine.

Hey - I wish you would have sold me your green TR when I asked - that would have made it perfect! :) But yes, wife alternates between the yellow D-90, a new Audi Q7, and a breathed on 450slc (her vintage rally mount). Life is Good!
